Leaders from every walk of life should have a set of high-level goals that form the foundation of their stewardship of any business (education, health care, government or non-profit).
These principles form the ability to 1) provide communication on how decisions will be discussed 2) implemented.
It is important to note that these foundational principles cannot be modified, altered or changed over time. With changes to the marketplace or business environment.
Individuals who are candidates for office are leaders. They should follow the same principles as any business entity.
