Agenda item VIII(B): Conduct a public hearing to consider amending the Zoning Ordinance Map by changing the zoning district designation of Assessor’s Plat 47, Lot 34, located IX. X. XI. XII. at 115 Mann School Road, from R-80 to R-Med.
